PRoject highlights

Developed comprehensive public outreach programs for the rehabilitation of a major regional water pipeline project within the cities of Carson, Los Angeles, Placentia  and the County of Los Angeles. In addition, Alliance Outreach LLC developed collateral materials for other significant MWD improvement programs. 

 Several public works projects including the Sixth St. & Yorba St. Waterline Replacement & Pavement Rehabilitation Project, Keith Water Storage Tank & Pipeline Improvement Project and the Mangular Water Blending Facility Project. 

Performed public relations counsel, communication strategy guidance,  educational services and District branding for Crescenta Valley Water District (CVWD). Created several key communications pieces for CVWD to inform ratepayers of the District’s strategic objectives, mission and vision. 

Public outreach program development and implementation for capital improvement program of more than 60 water/wastewater/recycled water projects,  District branding, education and conservation campaign and micro-website. 

This project consisted of many road improvements including concrete work, ADA compliance, pavement improvements, utility adjustments, signage and road striping.  The goal of the project was to improve safety and mobility conditions while limiting the amount of disruption to nearby schools and residences.

 Public Relations: Member of the award-winning public outreach team for the Orange County Water District's & Orange County Sanitation District's Groundwater Replenishment System (GWRS), the world's largest water purification project of its kind.
